    3 December 2009 – The corporate ownership of WOSANA S.A. changes as Paweł Łysoń, President of the Board and a majority shareholder acquires an interest of a minority shareholder: EU Enlargement Fund Participations (Luxembourg) S.A., thus becoming the company's sole owner.

    The remaining manufacturing plants of WOSANA S.A., namely Andrychów and Turów facilities are certified for compliance with EN ISO 22000:2005 “Food Safety Management Systems – Requirements for any organisation in the food chain”.

    Certifying the HACCP food safety management system at the Manufacturing Plant in Damnica near Słupsk.

    WOSANA signs an agreement with the UNICEF – the United Nations Children's Fund, under which it will transfer part of its earnings on each bottle of “Mama i ja” to the statutory activities of the organisation.

    The “Mama i ja” water considered the best Polish drink for children, winning HIT Mamo to ja – Najlepsze dla Dziecka 2004 award.
